RA130E-2492 is a high molecular weight polypropylene (PP) random copolymer grade by Borealis. Exhibits low melt flow rate, enhanced processability, excellent product consistency, good impact strength and high temperature resistance. Offers low influence on taste & odor, high durability, corrosion resistance, good weldability, homogeneous joints, low tendency to incrustations and fast & easy installation. Is economical, water insoluble and suitable for recycling by shredding and cleaning. RA130E-2492 is suitable for processing by extrusion. Used in pipes and fittings for heating, plumbing, domestic water, relining and industrial applications. Complies with DIN 8078, DIN 8077 and EN ISO 15874.
