Stamylex™ 2258 by Borealis is an odorless, butene based linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) grade. Contains thermal and processing stabilizers as additives. It is produced in a solution polymerization process using a Ziegler-Natta catalyst. Exhibits good processability, toughness and dimensional stability. Provides high temperature, very low flow paths, stringent warp, resistance to environment stress crack- and aggresive cleaning environment. Designed for processing by compression molding method. Stamylex™ 2258 is used in household applications. Complies with EC Regulation 1907/2006.
