Visico™ LE4423/LE4460/LE4432

Visico™ LE4423/LE4460/LE4432 by Borealis is silane, moisture-crosslinkable, halogen based, flame retardant polyethylene (XLPE) grade. Contains a stabilization package, an antioxidant, scorch retardant additive (SRA), metal deactivator and 2.5% carbon black. Visico™ LE4423 (base material) in combination with LE4460 (brominated flame retardant masterbatch) & LE4432 (tin catalyst masterbatch) provides flame properties, smooth glossy appearance, excellent increased processing window, thermo-oxidative-, UV- and weather stability. Designed for processing by PVC/PE extrusion. Recommended for insulation of low voltage control- and power cables up to 6 kV. Visico™ LE4423/LE4460/LE4432 passes horizontal flame test.
