EP 448S

EP 448S by Braskem is a high fluidity heterophasic polypropylene copolymer grade with narrow molecular weight distribution. Does not contain the substance Bisphenol A (BPA, CAS # No. 80-05-7) in its composition. Insoluble in water while soluble in organic solvents. Combines excellent flow properties with outstanding mechanical properties, especially impact strength, comparison to homopolymer. It can be processed using injection molding. Suitable for houseware and thin wall pieces. EP 448S by Braskem meets the requirements for olefin polymers as defined in 21 CFR, section 177.1520 issued by FDA-Food and Drug Administration in force on the date of publication of this specification.
