Evateno® HM 2528

Evateno® HM 2528 by Braskem is a low molecular weight, water-insoluble ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer grade with medium vinyl-acetate content (28%, w/w). Contains antioxidant additive. Does not contain the substance Bisphenol A (BPA, CAS # No. 80-05-7) in its composition. Offers good compatibility with other thermoplastic and elastomeric resins. Exhibits impact resistance, environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR) and brittleness at low temperatures. Suitable for polyethylene blends and injection molded parts where flexibility, resilience and environmental stress crack resistance is required. Evateno® HM 2528 by Braskem meets the requirements for ethylene-vinyl acetate Copolymer as defined in 21 CFR, section 177.1350 issued by FDA-Food and Drug Administration in force on the date of publication of this specification.
