NYRIM® 4000

NYRIM® 4000 by Brüggemann is a cost effective, polyamide 6 (PA 6) block copolymer with 40% elastomer content. Exhibits exceptionally high shape stability over a temperature range -40 to 140°C. Offers excellent impact strength and very high abrasion resistance. Designed for processing by reaction injection molding (RIM), rotocasting or vacuum infusion. NYRIM® 4000 is used in transportation (rollers, containers, elevator buckets), heavy-duty equipment (tanks, crushers, track pads), construction (special anchors, utility service covers), alpine (wheel guidings, wheels for snow groomers), general applications such as dentist’s chairs and roadside emergency call boxes.
