NYCAST® 6PA FG

NYCAST® 6PA FG by Cast Nylons is a light weight, water-insoluble, easy to machine PA (polyamide) 6 grade. Exhibits high crystallinity paired with high compression strength and impact resistance. Offers extremely good wear resistance, high tensile strength, and high modulus of elasticity. It is used in bearings, wear pads, gears, valve seals, pulleys, sprockets, sheaves, wear plate, wear shoes, thrust washers and components in food processing industry. NYCAST® 6PA FG complies with FDA and USDA 3A (dairy). Meets requirement of (EC) No. 1935/2004 and (EU) No. 10/2011 for materials and articles intended to meet food stuff. Incompatible with strong acids and strong oxidizing materials.
