Celanex® 1600FC

Celanex® 1600FC is an unreinforced, high molecular weight, semi-crystalline polybutylene terephthalate (PBT). Exhibits high strength, rigidity & toughness, low creep even at high temperatures, rapid crystallization, fast cycle time, paintability, good electrical properties, no environmental stress cracking, good weathering resistance, very good low friction and wear resistant properties. Offers excellent dimensional stability, low moisture absorption and powerful insulation resistance, along with resistance to a wide range of chemicals, solvents, oils and greases. Can be processed using injection molding and extrusion. Recommended for use in food contact applications.
