Celanex® 3100-2

Celanex® 3100-2 by Celanese is a general purpose, semi-crystalline polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) reinforced with 7.5% glass. Exhibits a good balance of mechanical properties and processability, high flow, high strength, rigidity & toughness, low creep even at high temperatures, rapid crystallization, fast cycle time, paintability, good electrical properties, no environmental stress cracking, good weathering resistance, very good low friction and wear resistant properties.

• It provides excellent dimensional stability, low moisture absorption and powerful insulation resistance, along with resistance to a wide range of chemicals, solvents, oils and greases.
• Celanex® 3100-2 can be processed using injection molding.
• It complies with the PFOS, PFOA, and RoHS regulations.
