Celanex® XFR 6842 GF15 20/4102

Celanex® XFR 6842 GF15 20/4102 is a semi-crystalline, halogen & antimony free flame retardant polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) reinforced with 15 % glass. Exhibits good processability, no corrosive emissions during processing, high strength, & rigidity, low creep even at high temperatures, rapid crystallization, fast cycle time, paintability, good electrical properties, no environmental stress cracking, good weathering resistance, very good low friction and wear resistant properties. Offers improved tracking resistance, toughness, flame retardancy at < 0.75 mm wall thickness, excellent dimensional stability, low moisture absorption and powerful insulation resistance, along with resistance to a wide range of chemicals, solvents, oils and greases. It complies with the PFOS, PFOA, WEEE and RoHS regulations.
