Celcon® LW90FS-K CF3001 NATURAL is a pre-blended, low wear, polyacetal copolymer (POM) resin filled with 2% silicone. Provides excellent hardness & rigidity, thermal-oxidative stability, excellent resilience and low moisture absorption. Exhibits excellent warp-, weather-, long term fatigue-, chemical-, creep-, moisture- and stress crack resistance. Offers good processability, colorability, low friction, excellent slip properties and good electrical & dielectric properties. It can be processed injection molding. Is suitable for tribological applications involving intermittent motion. Complies with PFOS & PFOA, and RoHS regulations.
