Celcon® M90-45 XAP® CV34644 SAND 457B is a UV resistant, polyacetal copolymer (POM) resin. Is a medium viscosity, low emission, specialty grade providing excellent hardness & rigidity, thermal-oxidative stability, excellent resilience and low moisture absorption. Exhibits excellent slip-, wear-, warp-, weather-, long term fatigue-, chemical-, creep-, moisture- and stress crack resistance. Offers good processability, colorability, low friction and good electrical & dielectric properties. It can be processed injection molding. Formulated in custom colors for interior automotive UV stabilized applications. Complies with PFOS & PFOA, and RoHS regulations.
