FORTRON® 0203C6 SF3001 NATURAL

FORTRON® 0203C6 SF3001 NATURAL is a linear, semi-crystalline, high-flow polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) grade. Is relatively impermeable to gases, hydrocarbons and other liquids compared to other materials. Provides high dimensional stability, low coefficient of friction, low shrinkage, excellent mechanical properties, creep resistance at high temperatures, high continuous use temperature (160°C to 240°C) and very low moisture absorption. Offers high hardness, rigidity and excellent resistance towards corrosion, hydrolysis, oxidation, heat and paraffin buildup. Exhibits excellent thermal stability and excellent chemical resistance to all solvents below 200°C, acids, bases, typical and alternative automotive fuels and petroleum fluids at elevated temperatures. Can be processed by extrusion and compounding. Is suitable for metal replacement applications. Recommended for extrusion applications that do not require high melt strength and for compounding with various fillers. Complies with RoHS, PFOS and PFOA regulations.
