Hostaform® 13031 XAP by Celanese is an easy-flowing, UV-resistant acetal copolymer grade. Offers higher strength, rigidity and hardness over the entire permissible temperature range for HOSTAFORM. Also provides good chemical resistance to solvents, fuel and strong alkalis as well as good hydrolysis resistance along with high resistance to thermal and oxidative degradation. Hostaform® 13031 XAP is suitable for processing by injection molding. Complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.2470 for food contact approval.
