Hostaform® EC140CF10 BLACK

Hostaform® EC140CF10 BLACK is a very hard and rigid, heavy-metal free POM (polyoxymethylene) copolymer grade reinforced with 10% carbon fiber. Exhibits increased strength, increased stiffness, increased electrical conductivity, outstanding chemical (solvents, fuels & strong alkalis)-, hydrolysis-, fatigue-, creep-, moisture- and stress cracking resistance. Also exhibits toughness (up to -40°C), good heat distortion temperature (up to 100°C), very good slip/ wear properties, excellent resilience, low moisture absorption and higher stability to thermal and oxidative degradation compared to acetal homopolymers. Also shows easy colorization. It can be processed by injection molding.
