ZENITE® 7244 NC010 NATURAL

ZENITE® 7244 NC010 NATURAL by Celanese is a halogen-free, high performance, highly crystalline LCP (liquid crystal polymer) grade reinforced with 40% mineral/ glass. Exhibits very close tolerance (up to tolerance class T6), very low heat of fusion (short cycle times possible), very high tensile strength & tensile modulus, very low coefficient of thermal expansion (comparable with that of steel & ceramics), excellent impact resistance, high heat deflection temperature, high flow and good flatness. It can be processed using flash-free injection molding. It is suitable for stable (precise) dimensions, high-temperature performance in eco-friendly thin-walled applications.
