ZENITE® ZE88410NXL

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by Celanese
ZENITE® ZE88410NXL by Celanese is a halogen-free, high performance, highly crystalline LCP (liquid crystal polymer) grade reinforced with 40% glass. Exhibits very close tolerance (up to tolerance class T6), very low heat of fusion (short cycle times possible), very high tensile strength & tensile modulus, very low coefficient of thermal expansion (comparable with that of steel & ceramics), high weld-line strength, low warpage and good lubricity. It can be processed using flash-free injection molding. ZENITE® ZE88410NXL is suitable for stable (precise) dimensions, high-temperature performance in eco-friendly thin-walled applications. Possible applications include aerospace, defense, automotive, transportation, buildings, construction, consumer goods, electricals, electronics, energy, fluid handling and industrial markets.
