Teflon™ PTFE CFP 6000 X is a low density, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fluoropolymer grade. Designed for wire & cable insulation and small diameter thin wall tubing. Possesses moderate stiffness, good toughness, dielectric, non aging and non-stick properties. Exhibits chemical inertness, good flexibility, low friction & moisture absorption and high elongation. Offers high temperature-, corrosion and weather resistance. Teflon™ PTFE CFP 6000 X is stable with frequency & temperature and can be processed by paste extrusion using liquid processing aid like naphtha. Meets the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) 2010/15 PFOA regulations and ASTM D4895-10,Type I, Grade 3, Class C.
