Teflon™ PTFE NXT 75

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by Chemours
Teflon™ PTFE NXT 75 by Chemours is a chemically modified polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fluoropolymer grade. It possesses good dielectric and non-stick properties and good toughness. It exhibits chemical inertness, good flexibility, low coefficient of friction and negligible water absorption. It offers good heat-, creep-, high temperature-, corrosion-, permeation- and weather-resistance. Teflon™ PTFE NXT 75 is suitable for processing by compression molding, preforming and sintering. It is used in seal rings, valve seats, bearing pads and lining applications that require welding to other fluoroplastics such as PFA and standard PTFE such as fluid-handling systems. It meets the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) 2010/15 PFOA regulations. It can qualify for use in contact with food in compliance with FDA Regulation 21 CFR 177.1550.
