SFN-1

SFN-1 by ChenGuang Research Institute of Chemical Industry is a general-purpose, aqueous dispersion of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) grade. Is flame retardant, non-adhesive, and non-toxic at room temperature. Exhibits high stability against coagulation, excellent chemical inertness, excellent electric insulation (unaffected by temperature and frequency), and non-absorption of moisture. Shows outstanding resistance to chemical corrosion by strong acids, alkalis, strong oxidants, etc. Provides exceptional abrasion- and high & low-temperature resistance. Used in impregnating porous materials (asbestos, glass fiber, metal, ceramics, and electric carbon) for anti-corrosion, sealing, anti-friction, and lubricating properties. Recommended for PTFE spinning and protective layers formed by spraying or brushing on many kinds of metal or non-metal base substances, with the presence of primers.
