Marlex® 9012 Polyethylene by Chevron Phillips Chemical is a high density polyethylene hexene copolymer. It is processed by injection molding. This grade exhibits good flow, good impact strength, good stiffness and durability. Marlex® 9012 Polyethylene is used in food pails (2-5 gallon), automotive applications, toys, closures and housewares. It complies with ASTM D4976-PE 232 and FDA 21 CFR 177.1520(c) 3.2a.
