Polylactic Acid (PLA) (Red)

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by Clariant
Polylactic Acid (PLA) (Red) by Clariant is a biodegradable, semi-crystalline, polylactic acid thermoplastic 3D-printing filament. It uses NatureWorks Ingeo™ Biopolymer 3D850 PLA for its excellent material performance and printability and is further optimized with Clariant Hostanox® P-EPQ® and Hostavin® ARO 8 to improve heat stability and resistance to thermo-oxidative degradation and yellowing. It can be processed by injection molding. Polylactic Acid (PLA) (Red) is used in models and prototypes. It is safe to print and exhibits high tensile strength. The minimum shelf life is 1 year.
