COOLMAG PU 10

COOLMAG PU 10 by Coolmag Thermo Conductive is a durable, low viscosity, thermally conductive, thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) based compound of encapsulant two-component system. It offers excellent thermal shock, high water and aging resistance. It exhibits heat transfer, reduces hot spots and minimizes the average temperature of systems. It shows electric isolation, and mechanical-, flame- and fire protection (retardant and extinction). Recommended for power transformers, semiconductors, automotive and high reliability power electronics, on board chargers (OBC), inverters and DC/DC converters in electric vehicles, inter-cell coating and protection in batteries, gap filler to interface with liquid cooling in battery packs. COOLMAG PU 10 has as shelf life of 12 months.
