Bayblend® CG100

Bayblend® CG100 by Covestro is a polycarbonate and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS) blend. Exhibits an excellent balance of properties such as rigidity, high dimensional accuracy & stability, excellent creep resistance, low moisture absorption and good heat resistance. Possesses good paintability and excellent flowability. Provides low emissions and offers high stiffness, easy processing and high toughness even at cold temperatures. Bayblend® CG100 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for automotive & transportation application, lawn & gardening equipment (riding mowers, hammer drills), electrical (connectors, cable ducts, other electro-technology products) and medical applications (insulin pen, patient monitoring devices, device housing).
