Bayblend® FR3030

Bayblend® FR3030 by Covestro is a halogen free, flame-retardant, impact resistant polycarbonate & acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS) blend. Exhibits an excellent balance of properties such as rigidity, high dimensional accuracy and stability, excellent creep resistance, low moisture absorption and high heat resistance. Possesses good paintability and flowability.

Provides low emissions and offers high stiffness, easy processing and high toughness – even at cold temperatures. Processed by extrusion and vacuum-forming.
Recommended for electronics, IT & communication, automotive & transportation applications, lawn & gardening equipment (riding mowers, hammer drills) and electrical application (connectors, cable ducts, other electro-technology products).
Bayblend® FR3030 complies with DIN VDE 0472,815 and UL 94 flame rating.
