Bayblend® FR3100 TV

Bayblend® FR3100 TV by Covestro is a flame-retardant polycarbonate + acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS) blend. Exhibits an excellent balance of properties such as rigidity, high dimensional accuracy and stability, excellent creep resistance, low moisture absorption and high heat resistance along with improved impact strength and chemical resistance. Possesses good paintability and flowability. Provides low emissions and offers high stiffness, easy processing and high toughness – even at cold temperatures. Processed by injection molding. Recommended for electronics, IT & communication, automotive & transportation applications, lawn & gardening equipment (riding mowers, hammer drills) and electrical application (connectors, cable ducts, other electro-technology products). Bayblend® FR3100 TV complies with UL 94 flame rating.
