Bayblend® W85 HI

Bayblend® W85 HI by Covestro is a polycarbonate + acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (PC+ASA) blend. Exhibits an excellent balance of properties such as rigidity, high dimensional accuracy & stability, excellent creep resistance, low moisture absorption, improved weather resistance, optimized heat ageing stability, excellent low temperature ductility and high heat resistance. Possesses good paintability and flowability. Provides low emission, high stiffness, easy processing and high toughness even at cold temperatures. Processed by injection molding. Recommended for automotive & transportation applications, lawn & gardening equipment (riding mowers, hammer drills) and electrical application (connectors, cable ducts, other electro-technology products). Bayblend® W85 HI complies with UL 94 HB flame rating.
