WINDFORM® SP

WINDFORM® SP is a deep black colored, highly ductile, water-insoluble fine powder of composite polyamide based material filled with carbon polyacrylonitrile fibers. It is characterized by increase in impact strength & elongation at break, excellent thermal properties, resistance to high temperature and waterproof properties (resistance to absorption of liquids & moisture). Exhibits excellent mechanical properties similar to WINDFORM® XT 2.0. Also exhibits increased resistance to shocks, vibrations and deformations. WINDFORM® SP allows for the creation of accurate, reliable and durable prototypes and is perfect for functional applications. Suitable for 3D printing. Applications include motorsport sector, automotives (components under the hood, intake manifolds & functional cooling ducts), aerospace (prototype satellites) and UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles).
