PLASTRON PAX-CF40-02 by Daicel is a high performance, aromatic polyamide grade reinforced with 40 % long carbon fiber. Possesses high impact strength, rigidity, long term creep and low warpage. Provides good resistance against falling dart impact and thermal expansion. These properties allow replacement of metals or FRPs. Is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. Used in gears on athletic bicycle. PLASTRON PAX-CF40-02 complies with ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 9001:2000.
