NEOFLON FEP NP-30

NEOFLON FEP NP-30 by Daikin is a melt processable copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene. It imparts excellent thermal stability, abrasion resistance, chemical inertness and long-term weatherability. It shows excellent slipperiness, low polarity, dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent. It provides low surface energy, water & oil repellency and non-adherence properties. It offers excellent heat & chemical resistance, optical, electrical and mechanical properties. It can be processed by sheet extrusion method. Typical applications of NEOFLON FEP NP-30 are thick wall wire & cable insulation, jacketing and tubing applications.
