NEOFLON™ PFA AP-231SH by Daikin is a perfluoroalkyl (PFA) grade which is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) and perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether. Exhibits excellent mechanical strength at high temperatures, excellent moldability, good melt flow characteristics, resistance to chemicals- and heat. Possesses high melting point, low dielectric constant, low dissipation factor and high dielectric breakdown strength over a wide range of frequencies and temperatures. Suitable for extrusion processes. Recommended for linings, tubings and semiconductor manufacturing. NEOFLON™ PFA AP-231SH complies with FDA 21 CFR.177.1550, ISO 9001 (Quality System), ISO 14001 (Environmental System) and Responsible Care 14001 (Safety, Health, Environment and Security).
