POLYFLON™ PTFE F-301

POLYFLON™ PTFE F-301 by Daikin is a soft, modified polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) homopolymer grade. Exhibits high thermal stability, chemical stability, low coefficient of friction, high heat- and chemical resistance, electrical-, mechanical and non-stick properties. Possesses excellent low temperature strength, dielectric characteristics, low reactivity and it is suitable for extrusion processes. Recommended for tube wrap, thick wall electric wire (AWG 16 and larger), large thick wall tubing, heat shrinkable tubing, co-axial cable and expanded. POLYFLON™ PTFE F-301 complies with FDA 21 CFR.177.1550, ISO 9001 (Quality System), ISO 14001 (Environmental System) and Responsible Care 14001 (Safety, Health, Environment and Security).
