POLYFLON™ PTFE M-15X

POLYFLON™ PTFE M-15X by Daikin is a filled, fluorinated polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) homopolymer grade. Exhibits excellent low temperature strength, lowest coefficient of friction, non-stick, thermal, mechanical- and electrical properties. Shows dielectric constant, dissipation factor are uniformly low over a wide frequency range, resistance to chemicals- and corrosion. Recommended for packings, gaskets, diaphragms, bellows, linings, piping components, pump parts, O-rings, V-rings, bushings, slide bearings, electrical and insulating skived tape. Used in insulating sleeves, terminals, connectors, sockets, spacers, electronic parts, laboratory equipment and thin film skiving. POLYFLON™ PTFE M-15X complies with FDA 21 CFR.177.1550, ISO 9001 (Quality System), ISO 14001 (Environmental System) and Responsible Care 14001 (Safety, Health, Environment and Security).
