POLYFLON™ PTFE M-391S by Daikin is a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) grade. Provides excellent flowability, small particle size, sharp particle size distribution and low electrostatic charging property. Exhibits superior heat- and chemical- resistance. POLYFLON™ PTFE M-391S is designed for compression molding. Recommended for thin-walled mold gap and iso-static molding because of the excellent filling property. It can be used in the case of lack of press ability of the mold machine, for example, large size sheet, from one side press, etc.
