THERMEC™ S 6250R40

THERMEC™ S 6250R40 by Domo is a lubricated polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) based material reinforced with 40% glass fiber. It is a sintered carbon replacement for submersible pump thrust bearings that are exposed to continuous application temperatures up to 200°C. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Designed for engineering plastics, automotive, electrical/ electronics, industrial and consumer goods. Offers outstanding abrasion and wear resistance properties to improve tool life. Provides high temperature resistance, compressive strength, excellent mechanical performance and low creep. THERMEC™ S 6250R40 is a cost-effective, high performance grade with excellent processability.
