THERMEC™ S 6250RC65 by Domo is a lubricated polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) based material filled with 65% glass fiber and mineral. It is a sintered carbon replacement for submersible pump thrust bearings that are exposed to continuous application temperatures up to 200°C. Designed for engineering plastics, automotive, electrical/ electronics, industrial and consumer goods. Provides high temperature resistance, compressive strength, excellent mechanical performance and low creep. Offers outstanding abrasion and wear resistance properties to improve tool life. Suitable for processing by injection molding. THERMEC™ S 6250RC65 is a cost-effective, high performance grade with excellent processability.
