DOWLEX™ 2042EC

DOWLEX™ 2042EC by Dow is an ethylene/octene-1 copolymer grade. It is free of anti-block, slip and processing aid. Possesses high stiffness, outstanding toughness and high modulus. Offers good tear strength and temperature resistance. Can be processed by coextrusion and blown film extrusion. DOWLEX™ 2042EC is used in food contact applications such as hygiene breathable and non-breathable backsheet films. Complies with REACH, RoHS, EU No. 10/2011, Canadian HPFB No objection and U.S. FDA 21 CFR 177.1520.
