Akulon® S223-HG6

Akulon® S223-HG6 by DSM is a heat stabilized, polyamide 66 grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It contains release agent and exhibits chemical resistance. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is used in consumer goods like off-road vehicle oil pans and reservoirs. Akulon® S223-HG6 is also used in automotive applications like air inlet manifolds, charge air cooler caps, integrated air inlet manifolds (up to 180°c), oil sumps and pans, transmission oil pans, automotive connectors, e-boxes, fuse holders and sensors for position wheel speed and temperature.
