Arnite® AV2 370 XL

Arnite® AV2 370 XL is a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) grade reinforced with 35% glass fiber by DSM. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is ideal for PPA replacement and improves dynamic stability of the module at high relative humidity (unlike PA66 and PPA). Offers low outgassing, durability, excellent dimensional stability, high thermal and oxidative stability, high stiffness, low wear-loss, low coefficient of friction and low moisture absorption. Provides high crystallinity to ensure rapid cooling times, outstanding creep properties and excellent dielectric strength at elevated temperatures. Arnite® AV2 370 XL shows resistance against heat, aliphatic hydrocarbons, motor vehicle fuels, oils and greases, dilute acids and bases, detergents and salt solutions. Used in automotive applications such as bezel (black) sun load, bezels and AFL frames, foglamps, LED headlight lighting modules and lensholders, LED module frame, lens holder sun load. Meets ISO 1043 for PET.
