Arnite® AV2 390 XL

Arnite® AV2 390 XL by DSM is a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) grade reinforced with 50% glass fiber. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is ideal for PPA replacement and improves dynamic stability of the module at high relative humidity (unlike PA66 and PPA). Offers low outgassing, durability, excellent dimensional stability, high thermal and oxidative stability, high stiffness, low wear-loss, low coefficient of friction and low moisture absorption. Provides high crystallinity to ensure rapid cooling times, outstanding creep properties and excellent dielectric strength at elevated temperatures. Shows resistance against heat, aliphatic hydrocarbons, motor vehicle fuels, oils and greases, dilute acids and bases, detergents and salt solutions. Used in bezels and AFL frames, LED module frame for automotive applications. Meets ISO 1043 for PET.
