Arnite® TV4 220

Arnite® TV4 220 is a polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) grade reinforced with 10% glass fiber by DSM. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Offers durability, excellent dimensional stability, high thermal and oxidative stability, good color-stability, high stiffness, good wear resistance, low coefficient of friction and low moisture absorption. Provides high crystallinity to ensure rapid cooling times, outstanding creep properties and excellent dielectric strength at elevated temperatures. Shows resistance against heat, aliphatic hydrocarbons, motor vehicle fuels, oils and greases, dilute acids and bases, detergents and salt solutions. Arnite® TV4 220 is used in automotive electrical components like E-box, fusebox MPV's and PQ24. Meets ISO 1043 for PBT.
