Arnite® TV4 461

Arnite® TV4 461 by DSM is a polybutylene terephthalate + polyethylene terephthalate (PBT + PET) reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It is processed by injection molding. It shows chemical resistance, high strength & rigidity and excellent processing characteristics. Arnite® TV4 461 allows for light weight solutions in comparison with metal and reliable solutions due to its good ESD performance. It also allows for reliable solutions due to its very low outgassing behavior ensuring good long term road visibility, its high dimensional stability (as compared to PA) resulting in less beam vibration (enabling switch to LED/Xenon and AFL/DBL). And, provides cost effective solutions as compared with PPS and PPA. It is used in automotive applications, bezels & AFL frames and actuator covers. It meets ISO 1043 for PBT.
