Arnitel® CM622

Arnitel® CM622 by Envalior is a high-performance, heat stabilized, thermoplastic co-polyester (TPC) elastomer. It is a lighter, smarter, greener alternative to conventional rubbers thus, reducing environmental impact. It is processed by extrusion and injection molding. It possesses flexibility, strength, excellent processing characteristics. It offers chemical resistance against household chemicals like cleaning agents, sunscreen lotion and automotive greases and oils. Arnitel® CM622 allows for light weight (75% lighter compared to rubber), cost effective (up to 50% lower system costs than rubber and sustainable solutions. It provides peak temperatures resistance up to 180°C-200°C and good heat aging due to continuous use temperatures 120°C-170°C. It allows for reliable solutions due its high temperature resistance (class T3 and T4, Class D (150°C) enabling thin and ultra thin wall designs, Class E (175°C) >20 mm² thick and thin wall). It is used in brake tubing, convoluted tubes, hydraulic hoses, wire and cable insulation in automotive and industrial equipment. It meets the severe ISO 6277 class D requirements for automotive wire and cable and ISO 18064 for TPC-ES.
