Arnitel® EL740

Arnitel® EL740 by Envalior is a high-performance, non-reinforced, non-flame retardant, thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) grade. It is processed by injection molding. It is a lighter, smarter, greener alternative to conventional rubbers thus, reducing environmental impact and ultimately, system costs. This grade possesses flexibility with excellent dimensional stability, strength, excellent processing and high temperature resistance characteristics. It offers chemical resistance against household chemicals like cleaning agents, sunscreen lotion and automotive greases and oils. Arnitel® EL740 allows for reliable solutions due to its retention of flexibility making bending easier even at temperatures down to -40°C or at elevated temperatures up to 100°C. And, allows for solutions with nice touch & feel characteristics. It offers easy coloring and surface smoothness. It allows for ultra thin walls, enabling low cost connectors. It is used in screw drivers & plyers, optical fiber cable guides & connectors and optical fiber loose buffer tubes. Also, used in automotive OEM applications. It meets ISO 18064 for TPC-ET.
