Arnitel® PB420

Arnitel® PB420 by Envalior is a high-performance, non-reinforced & non-flame retardant, thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) grade. It is a lighter, smarter, greener alternative to conventional rubbers thus, reducing environmental impact. It is processed by blow molding. It possesses flexibility, strength, excellent processing characteristics. It offers chemical resistance against household chemicals like cleaning agents, sunscreen lotion and automotive greases and oils. Arnitel® PB420 allows for 20-40% lighter solutions than rubber and also more cost effective solutions than rubber and highly reliable solutions due to its high temperature resistance (more temperature resistance than TPV). It is used in boots and bellows in automotive applications. It meets ISO 18064 for TPC-ET.
