Arnitel® PB420-B

Arnitel® PB420-B by Envalior is a high-performance, unfilled & non-flame retardant, thermoplastic copolyester (TPC). It is processed by blow molding. It allows for 20-40% lighter solutions than rubber and also more cost effective solutions than rubber and highly reliable solutions due to its high temperature resistance (more temperature resistance than TPV). It possesses flexibility, strength, excellent processing characteristics. It offers chemical resistance against household chemicals like cleaning agents, sunscreen lotion and automotive greases and oils. It is a lighter, smarter, greener alternative to conventional rubbers thus, reducing environmental impact. Arnitel® PB420-B is used in boots and bellows in automotive applications. It meets ISO 18064 for TPC-ET.
