ForTii® F12

ForTii® F12 by Envalior is a halogen- and red phosphorous-free, electro-friendly, polyamide 4T (PA4T) grade. It is reinforced with 40% glass fiber. It offers good chemical resistance, an excellent balance of stiffness and toughness. It is suitable for high mechanical loaded applications such as power connectors or EV parts. It is processed by injection molding. It has high RTI electrical rating of 140°C at 0.75mm. It shows JEDEC Level 2 performance, enabling SMT process without deformation and low risk on blistering. ForTii® F12 is used in industrial control gear, MCCB housings, medium voltage circuit breakers and medium voltage circuit breakers embedded pole.
