ForTii® T11

ForTii® T11 by Envalior is a halogen- & red phosphorous-free, electro-friendly, polyamide 4T (PA4T) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It offers good chemical resistance. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It shows optimal toughness and is the best solution for (automotive) electrical components in harsh environments to minimize the risk of cracking. It provides design freedom and product reliability in terms of thermal shock aging > 1000 cycles. It passes JEDEC MSL 1 reflow performance (for specified thickness), reaches CTI =800V for heavy-duty components, is all-color VDE approved and has an electrical RTI rating of 140°C at 0,75 mm. ForTii® T11 is used in automotive connectors, automotive connectors, automotive connectors, reflow connectors, e-motor bobbins, brush holders (electro motors), car computer control system, coil insulation, end laminates (electro motors), miniature circuit breakers, molded case circuit breakers, SMT terminal blocks, start/stop: alternator, starter parts and terminal blocks.
