Somos® 9110

Somos® 9110 is a liquid photopolymer grade. Is an easy to use and fast to build grade. Exhibits superior chemical resistance, wide processing latitude and excellent tolerance to a broad range of temperatures and humidity during and after the build. Provides good balance of properties between rigidity and functionality. Can be processed using 3D printing method. Produces translucent, robust, durable, functional and accurate semi-flexible parts using stereolithography machines. Parts created from Somos® 9110 show superior fatigue properties, strong memory retention and high quality up-facing and down-facing surfaces. Possesses excellent water and temperature resistance. Recommended for master patterns in rubber molding applications. Used in fluid flow analysis, solid imaging process to build three-dimensional parts, creating parts such as automobile components, electrical casings, electronic housings, medical products, large panels and snap-fit parts.
