Stanyl® HGR2 BK00001

Stanyl® HGR2 BK00001 by DSM is a lubricated, wear modified, heat stabilized polyamide (PA 4-6) grade with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Because Stanyl retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220°C, this makes it ideal for high-performance applications, where it outperforms many PPA, PA6T, PA9T, PPS, and LCP alternatives. It provides reduced friction for engine oil lubricated chain guide systems and powertrain systems. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Stanyl® HGR2 BK00001 is used in slide shoe surfaces and timing chain tensioner surfaces. Complies with OEM Specifications CALLOUT, FIAT CHRYSLER, FCA-MS50017(MS-DB-41-CPN5249-(2017-02), REACH, RoHS and ASTM D6779 PA0620 B50380 LD010 specifications.
